Governor

Mourice Hylton has spent his life inside the Florida that doesn't make the news — the kitchens, classrooms, and front porches where this state actually runs.

He grew up watching his community work twice as hard for half the say. He learned early that real change doesn't come from a press conference — it comes from people who keep showing up, especially when it's inconvenient.

That's the campaign he's running. Not a brand exercise. Not a culture-war crusade. A practical, county-by-county effort to make Florida work — for the teacher in Tallahassee, the nurse in Tampa, the small-business owner in Jacksonville, the retiree in Naples, and the kid in Liberty City who deserves a future as bright as the rest of us.

He is unaffiliated with either major party because Florida's problems — insurance, housing, water, schools — don't sort themselves by red and blue. They demand grown-up leadership.
